When you send an enquiry or register as a travel agent, we receive the details you enter in the form, such as your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city, travel dates, number of travellers, agency details and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotes, and arrange bookings you ask for
- To send travel agents our tariff and partnership information
- To keep records of enquiries and bookings
We do not sell your information. We share booking details only with the hotels, transport providers, airlines and partners needed to deliver your trip.
Services we use
- Web3Forms delivers website form submissions to our email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Google Fonts and Google Maps load fonts and the office map.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@globalways.com.np.
