- Only Hindus may enter the main Pashupatinath temple courtyard; everyone can watch the aarti from the ghats.

Frequently asked questions
How many days do I need for Pashupatinath darshan?
Two or three nights in Kathmandu is enough for Pashupatinath and the main valley temples. Add two nights for Pokhara, or four to six more for a Muktinath yatra.
Can you arrange special puja at Pashupatinath?
Yes. We can help arrange Rudrabhishek and other pujas through the temple priests. Tell us what you would like when you enquire.
