Questions from travel agents
Do you work only with travel agents?
No. We serve travellers directly too, but a large part of our work is ground handling for travel agents and DMCs in India. Agent clients get net rates and are never contacted by us for direct sales.
Can the itinerary and vouchers carry our agency’s brand?
Yes. We provide white-label itineraries and vouchers, and our team on the ground introduces themselves as your local partner.
How quickly do you send quotes?
Usually within one working day for standard FIT and group itineraries, and faster on WhatsApp for simple requests. Kailash and large MICE groups may take a little longer.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms depend on the booking and partnership. Please register and our partnerships team will share our current terms with you.
Can you handle groups arriving by road from India?
Yes. We regularly receive groups at the Sunauli–Belahiya, Raxaul–Birgunj and Kakarbhitta borders with coaches and a tour leader.
